Mmmmm...Chicken Tortilla Soup!

This is, by far, my most favorite soup!  I just LOVE it!  Easy, inexpensive, and totally De-lish!

Chicken Tortilla Soup

You will need...

• 2 cans diced tomatoes w/ chiles
• 2 cans diced tomatoes
• 2 cans chicken broth
• 1 onion (diced)
• 2 cloves garlic (minced)
• 1 teaspoon Cumin
• 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
• 1 teaspoon Lemon Pepper
• 2 teaspoons Worcestershire
• 1 pound chicken (leftover & baked is perfect!)
• 1 can black beans
• 1 can corn 
• handful of minced cilantro   

Garnish with...

• cheddar cheese
• sour cream
• guacamole
• tortilla chips

Combine all ingredients in a pot, simmer, and ENJOY!

Stu-stu-studdering

My sweet Korbin.  I just love him!  Lately he has been talking more, but the more he talks the more he stu-stu-studders....and I love it!  It is just the cutest.  You can see in his face that he has something to say, but getting it out of his mouth just takes a little bit more time.

"Mom..I I I I I need a driiiink.....Pwease?  I want my my my my Buzz Wightyear cup.  I want cho-kit meeeelk."

Just trust me....it's super sweet coming out of his mouth.  :)

What's in a name?

Paisley Pudding.  I know what your thinking....what in the world does that even mean?  Lol!  It doesn't really mean anything, other than what I call my little calico kitty.  Then I started to think about it a little bit more...and in the end, it still doesn't mean anything!
